Deutsche Medizintechnik ist weltweiter Exportschlager

Die Deutsche Medizintechnik ist und bleibt ein Exportschlager. Nach Angaben des Industrieverbandes SPECTARIS steigerte die Branche im vergangenen Jahr ihre Exporte um 6,7 Prozent auf rund 11,1 Milliarden Euro und erzielte damit rund 64 Prozent ihrer Umsätze im Ausland. Mit fast 41 Prozent der Ausfuhren gingen in Länder der Europäischen Union, gefolgt von Nordamerika (22,4 Prozent) und Asien (13,7 Prozent).

Dieser Trend hat sich im laufenden Jahr fortgesetzt. In den ersten fünf Monaten sind die Auslandsumsätze der Deutschen Medizintechnikunternehmen um 5,7 Prozent gestiegen.
