SPARTACUS Facility Management® Version 3 ist durch die FIDUCIA IT AG zertifiziert. Der IT-Dienstleister der Volks- und Genossenschaftsbanken bestätigt SPARTACUS Facility Management® damit auch für die neue Version die "Unbedenklichkeit hinsichtlich der sicherheitstechnischen Richtlinien der FIDUCIA IT AG". Die Software zur Unterstützung des Gebäudemanagements kann somit auch im neuen Leistungsumfang uneingeschränkt in die IT-Landschaft jeder Volks- und Genossenschaftsbank des FIDUCIA-Geschäftsgebietes integriert werden.

Die Software SPARTACUS verwaltet Liegenschaften, Gebäude, Einrichtungen, Anlagen und Inventar transparent, ganzheitlich und mobil über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Das Datenmanagement erfolgt alphanumerisch, grafisch und multimedial. SPARTACUS ist keine starre Software, sondern ein flexibler Baukasten mit verschiedenen Modulen und Werkzeugen. Diese bauen auf dem Technischen Gebäudemodell (TGM) auf. SPARTACUS ist ein Produkt der N+P Informationssysteme GmbH. Das IT-Systemhaus hat über 80 Mitarbeiter und realisiert seit 2001 erfolgreich CAFM-Projekte bei Sparkassen, Banken und öffentlichen Einrichtungen.
