By establishing the new subsidiary, the 3S Group is continuing to reinforce its international presence. Conversion of what, until now, has been a representative office of the 3S Group in Spain into a 100% subsidiary of 3S Industries creates an even stronger bond with the parent concern. In addition, the activities of the 3S Group steered through the new company in Barcelona are now expanded beyond Spain and Portugal to the interesting markets in Greece, Africa and Latin America.
