SOLON AG plans cash capital increase

With the consent of the company's supervisory board, the board of directors of SOLON AG für Solartechnik intends to approve a cash capital increase from authorized capital of up to 10%, i.e. up to 1,079,654 shares, excluding pre-emption rights. The issue price will be set in accordance with section 186 (3) sentence 4 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). The proceeds of this capital increase will be used to finance the company's further growth. The volume and final issue price will be agreed and announced on September 14, 2007.
