Für ZF Friedrichshafen, einen der weltweit führenden Technologiekonzerne, entwickelte Solid White neben diversen interaktiven Exponaten (Windows, iOS, AR) auch das zugehörige Content Management System und war mit der Produktion von Filmen betraut.

ZF Friedrichshafen ist ein Unternehmen mit langer interessanter Geschichte und dynamischer Gegenwart. In einem architektonisch spannenden Umfeld sollten neben einer Vielzahl von realen Exponaten auch diverse digitale und interaktive Exponate die Besucher begeistern.

Da eben neben der Vergangenheit auch ein starker Fokus auf die Gegenwart gesetzt ist, sollten einige Exponate über ein CMS aktuell gehalten werden können.

Um den Workflow allgemein zu optimieren und in der vorgegebenen Zeit alle Exponate fertigstellen zu können, die auf Windows laufen, setzte Solid White für alle 2D-basierten Apps das auf Web-Technologie basierende Electron Framework ein. Von Vorteil war dies auch im Zusammenspiel mit dem CMS. Für Augmented Reality in Kombination mit dynamischen 3D Inhalten auf iOS war Unity wie immer die Entwicklungsumgebung der ersten Wahl.
