Software AG to increase its Dividend to €1.00 per share

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Software AG will recommend a dividend payment for 2007 of €1.00 (previous year €0.90) per share at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on April 29, 2008. This will result in a pay-out ratio of approximately 33.5 percent based on the average of net profit and free cash flow 2007. Currently 28,539,455 shares are entitled to a dividend payment.
