After earning his degree in physics and mathematics, Mr. Rohland began his professional career in 1994 at software manufacturer SAP. Among other duties, Rohland founded and managed the SAP LinuxLab and headed development for SAP's Java server. Most recently, Mr. Rohland was responsible as Senior Vice President of NetWeaver Engineering for design, planning, and support of the NetWeaver development process. At Software AG, his main focus will be on SOA/BPM architecture as well as on integration issues.
