Berlin-based brand and digital specialist wins with RKW sustainability report in the World's Best Annual Reports competition.
Each year the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) honors annual reports in several categories. Around 1,000 submissions from more than 20 countries were submitted this year.
Entering the first sustainability report for the RKW Group, SMACK Communications took home an LACP Silver Award, along with a Top 20 German Annual Reports award. In addition, LACP honored the sustainability report with the “Technical Achievement Award” for general excellence in corporate reporting and for presentation of the “Outstanding Production Values”.
“We are delighted about this distinction, more so as it is the first sustainability report for the RKW Group. SMACK Communications has once again successfully created the perfect blend of content and design,” says Dr. Susanne Herchner, Communications Manager of the RKW Group, who was responsible for this project. “Sustainability is a key component of our corporate policy and business mission. As one of the world’s foremost manufacturers of film solutions RKW assumes responsibility for a habitable environment. What exactly this means in practice is explained in detail in our first sustainability report,” adds Dr. Herchner.
