Visitors to SLM Solutions GmbH will find the German manufacturer of equipment for Rapid Prototyping at Paris Air Show from 17 to 23 June 2013 where aerospace leaders get down to business. Displaying the latest advances in additive manufacturing visitors will find fresh, exciting ideas brought to the world aerospace stage by the pioneer in the sector of Rapid Manufacturing in Hall 2a E 299.
The International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget will open for its 50th edition. Since its inception, the show has been at the very heart of the development of the world aviation and space industry. Spanning seven days, SLM Solutions will presenting in Hall 2a E 299, the laser melting system SLM 125 HL. The compact Selective Laser Melting System 125 HL does produce highly complex metal components using fine metal powders from 3 D CAD-data fi les. The extremely economical system is suitable for R&Denvironment as well as for small lot production areas. With the patented new bidirectional loader movement the SLM® 125 HL is becoming the fastest system in ist class. Furthermore the system does offer a safe fi lter system and highly effi cient protective gas consumption due to internal recirculation of inert gas at laminar flow.
