Skype und Logitech haben heute die neue Logitech TV Cam for Skype® vorgestellt. Die TV Cam hat Skype und WLAN bereits integriert und wird einfach über den HDMI-Anschluss des HD-Fernsehers angeschlossen. So können Nutzer sofort mit Gesprächen über Skype auf dem heimischen Fernseher beginnen- eine Installation zusätzlicher Software ist nicht erforderlich. Die Kamera ist außerdem jederzeit einsatzbereit: Man verpasst keine Skype-Gesprächsanfrage, egal ob der Fernseher ein- oder ausgeschaltet ist.
