Investigation against Interroll Holding AG

SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Interroll Holding AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the rules governing the disclosure of management transactions

Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation, which is entrusted by SIX Swiss Exchange with the monitoring and enforcement of issuer obligations, has initiated an investigation against Interroll Holding AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation is connected with questions regarding the organizational implementation of the reporting obligations.

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
