The German Company SimuForm has signed in April this year a development agreement with ArcelorMittal, the world's number one steel company and leader in the global automotive market. The small high-tech company has developed a worldwide unique technology to forecast the feasibility of forming applications extremely fast using artificial intelligence (a.i.) and statistics.
Furthermore the software package can be applied as a corporate source of know-how. "Our innovative simulation technology has convinced the senior researchers at ArcelorMittal. Extreme ability, flexibility and long term profitable overvalue were the reasons to test and to support the technological development" says chief executive at SimuForm Dr. Christian Klimmek. The steel manufacturer will contribute significant input to the models database of SimuForm ForeCast, thus enhancing the commercial value. Simultaneously ArcelorMittal will be one of the first companies to take advantage of this innovation.
