At the MPA in Stuttgart, we achieved absolutely competent the classification E 90 according to EN 13501 by an anew fire test with numerous advancements of our curtain system Fire Protec.
During the fire test according to EN 1634/ DIN 4102 in a huge oven (5m x 4m), 500 litre fuel oil were exhausted per hour and temperatures up to 1100°C has been achieved.
Our curtain system shows itself absolutely unimpressed by the temperature demands this time. Only after 118 minutes a marginal failure on one backing ear appeared; but the test has been accomplished according to regulations up to > 120 minutes, because under circumstances a classification E 120 is possible too.
Therefore projects with the system Fire Protec up to E 90 can be offered and delivered by now. We are looking forward to getting numerous enquiries and first of all to the thereupon following orders!
