Deutsche Bahn investiert in Brandschutz

Im Zuge einer Generalsanierung rüstet die Deutsche Bahn ihre Instandsetzungshallen in Nürnberg mit zahlreichen Rauchschürzen aus dem Hause SIMONRWA Systeme aus. Um der flächendeckenden Verrauchung der riesigen Fahrzeuginstandsetzungshallen entgegenzuwirken, werden in den fünf Schiffen insgesamt mehr als 800 m fest montierte textile Rauchschürzen und ca. 240 m automatische textile Rauchschürzen montiert. Der Vorteil dieser Technik liegt zum einen in der geringen statischen Belastung der Dachkonstruktion. Zum anderen erlauben automatische textile Rauchschürzen die uneingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit der Kranbahnen.
