Signal-Construct fertigt das umfangreichste Programm an LED-Fassungen und Halterungen für den Frontplatten-Einbau

Verfügbar sind Kunststoffgehäuse als Schraub- und Snap-In-Versionen, die sich auch als Blindabdeckungen anbieten. Außerdem Metallgehäuse für 3mm-LEDs mit Einbau-Ø 6mm bis zur Ausführung für 10mm-LEDs und Bohrung Ø 14mm, teilweise auch für Schutzart IP 67.

Alle Metallgehäuse sind wahlweise mit glanz- oder schwarz verchromter Oberfläche lieferbar oder in dem ursprünglich von uns als Design-Variante entwickelten dezenten mattchrom. Sie besitzen Feingewinde zur Befestigung und werden mit dem benötigten Montagematerial geliefert.

Alle Gehäuse werden in Deutschland produziert, das gewährleistet schnelle Lieferbarkeit und umweltfreundliche Produktion aufgrund kurzer Transportwege.

Ergänzt wird das Fertigungsprogramm durch Standard- und kundenspezifische Lichtleiter-Komponenten und einem Bereich LED-Processing, in dem sowohl die Bearbeitung von THT-Visible- als auch IR-und Fotodioden oder die Umarbeitung zu SMT-verarbeitbaren Bauteilen möglich ist.
