High efficiency synchronous step down DC to DC converters capable of delivering up to 2 Amps and 3 Amps of current. Conversion efficiencies greater than 85% from 1mA to 2A/3A.
The XRP7674 and XRP7675 are synchronous current mode PFM/PWM step down (buck) regulators capable of delivering constant output current up to 2Amps and 3Amps respectively. A wide 4.5V to18V input voltage range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 5V and 12V power rails.
