Übernahme unterstützt Wachstum in Deutschland – SEMYOU baut Cloud-Produktportfolio mit technischen Lösungen von SynamicCloud weiter aus

Mit seinem Enterprise-App-Store und der zugehörenden Cloud-Computing-Plattform bietet SEMYOU Unternehmen weltweit eine sichere Cloud-Lösung für den Unternehmensalltag. Aktuell umfasst das Cloud-Office-System mehr als 30 Business-Apps, die im täglichen Geschäft je nach Bedarf genutzt werden können. Jetzt übernimmt SEMYOU das junge Start-up SynamicCloud aus Stuttgart für 20 Millionen Dollar und baut sein Produktportfolio weiter aus.

„SynamicCloud ergänzt unsere eigene strategische Ausrichtung und wird zukünftig einen eigenständigen Produktbereich im Unternehmen abbilden. Dank der technischen Lösungen von SynamicCloud können wir unsere Cloud-APPS noch effizienter gestalten und flexibler auf die Anforderungen und Wünsche unserer Kunden eingehen“, erklärt Volker Jahns, CEO von SEMYOU.

Das Start-up-Unternehmen SynamicCloud konzentriert sich auf die dynamische Cloud-Speicherung mit semantischer Vernetzung (künstliche Intelligenz) und hat einen leistungsstarken Werkzeugkasten (Toolbox) für die Cloud-Nutzung entwickelt. Die 15 Mitarbeiter von SynamicCloud werden nach der Übernahme bei SEMYOU ihren Tätigkeiten in der Entwicklung innovativer Cloud-Lösungen nachgehen.

Die Übernahme von SynamicCloud (www.synamiccloud.com) unterstützt das Ziel SEMYOUs, sich auf dem deutschen Markt strategisch stärker zu etablieren. Es ist geplant, Stuttgart mit mehr als 200 Stellen zum zukünftigen Entwicklungsstandort auszubauen.
