Semperit AG Holding: Antitrust authorities approve the acquisition of Latexx Partners Berhad, Malaysia

Semperit AG Holding ("Semperit") (Bloomberg ticker: SEM:AV, Reuters: SMPV.VI) announces that the Austrian Federal Competition Authority and the German Federal Cartel Office have approved the acquisition of the Malaysian Latexx Partners Berhad ("Latexx Partners"). The acquisition is therefore no longer subject to any conditions precedent and may be completed. The same applies to the current offer for all outstanding shares and warrants of Latexx Partners, which is being made via Semperit Investments Asia Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Semperit.
