The powerful SEAL 62 Base boasts all functionalities required for professional lamination of high-quality finishing and protection films as well as double-sided adhesive films. The tried-and-tested roller technology reliably processes pressure-sensitive materials and is also ideally suited to finishing sheets up to a thickness of 50 mm. It can reach a working speed of 5 m/min and handle a maximum width of 1,600 mm. Both rollers are made of silicone, whereby the heat-assisted upper roller (up to 40 (C) makes for a high degree of uniform quality.
"Our entry-level model 62 Base gives you quality and user-friendliness at an affordable price", explains Marc Hansing, Technical Services Manager at finishing and laminating specialist, SEAL. "For advertising technicians, this is a convenient way of entering the finishing and laminating market and offering professional finishing of photos and digital prints."
For easier working, the scope of delivery now includes as standard a flip-up roll trough, and to facilitate re-winding of the liner, the manufacturer has provided the basic model with an auto-grip shaft, at no extra cost. To mark the anniversary, the SEAL 62 Base is now also available as one of a number of various special offers at a preferential price.
Here in Germany, buyers receive these lucrative offers from Welte GmbH in Freiburg who are also responsible for marketing SEAL materials and machines in the country. Managing Director Frank Welte is delighted with the success the 62 Base is enjoying in Europe: "Quality and reliability play a major role on the market and both are guaranteed at all times with brand products from SEAL."
