Sunfilm AG announced the appointment of Mr. Ulrich Wantia as its CFO. Mr. Wantia will also be a member of Sunfilm's Executive Board. He has held executive financial positions at a number of companies involved with producing technology advanced products. Most recently, Mr. Wantia was CFO at Masterflex AG, Gelsenkirchen, where in addition to his financial responsibilities his activities included M&A projects in Germany, the UK and Eastern Europe. Before that, Mr. Wantia was CFO at OHB Technology, Bremen, where he led the company through an IPO.
