Following Schrader logo re-brand earlier this year, the brand is excited to present the new logo for their market-leading programmable sensor solution: EZ-sensor® 2.0. The new logo has a more modern, simplified look and is better aligned with the brand’s existing image. The main elements of the logo, like colours and idea remain unchanged. However, the font, as well as the “O” together with “connectivity” sign have been tweaked. To shorten the new logo and make it more current, Schrader decided to remove “2.0” from the end of the logo.
“The EZ-sensor® 2.0 logo change is part of a much larger rebranding project that we initiated beginning of 2019” says Jacki Lutz, Global Head of Marketing Communications for Sensata’s Aftermarket Business. “Keeping the Schrader family of brands as current and fresh as the new technology we consistently develop is an important element of our story. Our new look across our Schrader brands communicates much more clearly our focus as a technology centric business.”
In addition, Schrader is pleased to announce the launch of a new line in the EZ-sensor® product family, under brand name: EZ-sensor® GO. The new GO sensor comes pre-programmed for majority of German vehicles manufactured from 2016 and onwards, and can be programmed to any other vehicle covered by EZ-sensor®. EZ-sensor® GO is available in a clamp-in variable angle sensor with aluminium silver (PN 2200-GO1), aluminium black (PN 2200B-GO1) and aluminium grey-titanium (PN 2200T-GO1) valves.
“We believe that the new GO line will be a great success among workshops that work mostly with German vehicles. As the sensors come pre-programmed for vehicles manufactured after 2016 and onwards for the premium German brands like Audi, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Smart, Volkswagen etc. Meaning that by using EZ-sensor® GO, they receive the benefits a slim inventory from using a programmable solution, but also have an added benefit of servicing TPMS even faster as no programming is required for most of German applications.” – says Dan Baker, Head of Sales at Schrader.
