Komplett automatisierte Gebäude bieten sehr viel Wohn- oder Arbeitskomfort. Die vollständige Vernetzung hat allerdings auch einen Nachteil: Die Komponenten sind teilweise dauerhaft mit dem Internet verbunden und wären somit ohne spezielle Schutzmaßnahmen vielen Gefahren ausgesetzt. Daten, beispielsweise von eingebundenen Kameras, könnten schnell in falsche Hände geraten.

IP-Sicherheit für KNX

Auch beim führenden Branchenstandard KNX ist Cybersicherheit und Datenschutz ein großes Thema.
