With this second contract within the last couple of months for a complete turnkey factory of polysilicon starting with TCS production, Schmid underlines its leading technology position in this market. In this project Schmid will use the optimized Monosilan Technology offering the lowest production costs and having the potential for further dramatic cost reductions over the next couple of years.
