Schaeffler Group is "Supplier of the Year 2009" for Ford in South America
The award is divided into several categories to do justice to the complexity of modern vehicles and the associated wide range of products and services the supplier industry provides. According to a statement by Ford Brazil, the Schaeffler Group qualified for the "Supplier of the Year 2009" award because of the company's quality, logistics, innovative ability, technical support and firstrate customer relations.
"This award recognizes our successful efforts to not only meet our customers' requirements but to always surprise our customers with excellent new solutions and exceed their expectations," said Ricardo Reimer, Managing Director of the Schaeffler Group South America.
Around 1,250 patent applications annually make the Schaeffler Group one of Germany's leading innovators.
