Sartorius verschiebt Hauptversammlung

Aufgrund der Coronavirus-Pandemie und den damit einhergehenden Regelungen für Versammlungen verschiebt die Sartorius AG ihre bisher für den 26. März 2020 geplante Hauptversammlung auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt. Das hat der Vorstand des Unternehmens heute beschlossen.

Durch die Absage der Hauptversammlung am 26. März 2020 verschiebt sich unter anderem auch der Beschluss über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns 2019 und die Auszahlung der Dividende.

Die Hauptversammlung soll auf einen neuen Termin innerhalb der aktienrechtlich vorgesehenen Frist von den ersten acht Monaten des aktuellen Geschäftsjahrs angesetzt werden. Sartorius wird die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre sowie die Öffentlichkeit zeitgerecht über die weitere Planung informieren.
