Sartorius-Aufsichtsrat verlängert Bestellung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Joachim Kreuzburg

Der Aufsichtsrat der Sartorius AG hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung beschlossen, die Bestellung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Dr. Joachim Kreuzburg vorzeitig um weitere fünf Jahre bis zum 10. November 2025 zu verlängern. „Wir freuen uns sehr, die außerordentlich gute Zusammenarbeit mit Joachim Kreuzburg fortzusetzen“, sagte der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende Dr. Lothar Kappich. „Sartorius hat sich unter seiner Führung herausragend entwickelt. Joachim Kreuzburg verfolgt die richtige Strategie und gewinnt die Mitarbeiter für anspruchsvolle Ziele. Mit der Vertragsverlängerung sichern wir nach den zu Jahresbeginn erfolgten zwei Neubesetzungen im Vorstand gleichzeitig die notwendige Kontinuität an der Unternehmensspitze.“

Kreuzburg betonte: „Sartorius ist ein tolles Unternehmen mit einem hervorragenden Team und ungewöhnlich vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Ich freue mich sehr, die Zukunft des Unternehmens weiter gestalten zu können.“ Kreuzburg gehört dem Vorstand seit dem 11. November 2002 an und steht seit dem 1. Mai 2003 an dessen Spitze.
