Die RubyTech Deutschland GmbH bietet jetzt Richtfunklösungen für Gigabit Ethernet als Alternative zur Glasfaserverkabelung im lizenzfreien Frequenzband von 60 GHz und 80 GHz an. Ziel der Partnerschaft mit BridgeWave/USA ist der Einsatz der Richtfunkgeräte beim Aufbau leistungsstarker drahtloser Netze, die für Triple-Play geeignet sind, das heißt für die Übertragung von Daten, Sprache und Video. Die Technik von Bridgewave ist äußerst innovativ und kann bereits große Markterfolge verbuchen. Unproblematisch, sicher und innerhalb eines Tages installiert, haben die Systeme erhebliche Vorteile gegenüber lizensiertem Mikrowellen Richtfunk.
