Acht Coaches, Trainer und Redner veranstalten am Sonntag, den 29. März 2020 ab 18 Uhr ein kostenfreies Instagram-Live-Festival. In jeweils halbstündigen Slots vermitteln Hermann Scherer, Samuel Koch, Stefanie Stahl, Alexander Hartmann, Calvin Hollywood, Gina Friedrich, Yves Becker und Damian Richter auf dem eigenen Instagram-Account im Rahmen eines Live-Videos Ideen, Strategien und Impulse für den idealen Umgang mit Angst, Einsamkeit und Corona-Frust. Initiiert wird das Projekt von dem bekannten Lifecoach Damian Richter.
