Rheinmetall erhält Großauftrag für Artillerie- und Panzermunition

Rheinmetall hat von einem internationalen Kunden einen Großauftrag im Bereich der Munition erhalten. Der im ersten Quartal 2018 gebuchte Auftrag hat einen Wert von insgesamt rund 380 MioEUR und umfasst die Lieferung von Artillerie- und Panzermunition in den Kalibern 155mm beziehungsweise 120mm. Der Vertrag hat eine Gesamtlaufzeit von 42 Monaten.

Rheinmetall ist von Beginn seiner über 125jährigen Firmengeschichte an ein Kompetenzzentrum für artilleristische Feuerunterstützung. Weiterhin ist das Unternehmen weltweit führend im Bereich der Glattrohr-Waffensysteme für Kampfpanzer.

Der jetzt erteilte Auftrag bestätigt einmal mehr Rheinmetalls führende Rolle im Bereich moderner Waffen- und Munitionssysteme.
