Rheinmetall beabsichtigt Übernahmeangebot für Simrad Optronics ASA, Norwegen - NOK 8,25 pro Aktie

Die Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf, beabsichtigt, den Aktionären der Simrad Optronics ASA, Nøtterøy/Norwegen, ein Übernahmeangebot für 100% der Anteile an der Gesellschaft zu unterbreiten. Eine entsprechende Vereinbarung haben Rheinmetall und die an der Osloer Börse notierte Simrad Optronics am Abend des 5. Mai 2010 getroffen.

Rheinmetall unterbreitet den Anteilseignern ein Angebot von NOK 8,25 (rund 1,05 EUR) pro Aktie. Dies entspricht einem Gesamtwert der Anteile von rund 591 MioNOK (rund 75,4 MioEUR). Das Board of Directors der Simrad Optronics empfiehlt den Aktionären der Gesellschaft die Annahme des Angebotes.

Simrad Optronics ASA, Nøtterøy/Norwegen, ist ein international operierender Anbieter von Komponenten für fernbedienbare Waffenstationen, von elektrooptischen Geräten und Upgrades von Waffen-Systemen. Mit rund 200 Beschäftigten erwirtschaftete die Gesellschaft 2009 einen Umsatz von rund 624 MioNOK (ca. 80 MioEUR).
