Umberto is Partner of the law firm Osborne Clarke acnd is the Head of the Financial Regulation sector in Italy. He has been appointed as Member of the ESCF, a group of experts selected by the European Commission to advise over alternative finance matters - including equity-based and loan-based crowdfunding.
