Software developments based on artificial intelligence are particularly dynamic: LEApedia was just the starting signal for Logistics Reply's vision of making the WMS landscape simpler and more user-friendly with the help of AI. The development of the following AI agents on the GaliLEA platform will make inventory management in LEA ReplyTM even more efficient and economical:
- Smart Support (formerly LEApedia) allows the user to ask questions about the WMS and its functionalities in natural language.
- Ticket Helper helps with the creation of a service ticket and sends all relevant information about the user's problem to the support team.
- Via Smart Search, users enter data search queries in natural language and the AI agent creates the desired data tables based on the WMS data.
- The Dashboarder allows users to query customised dashboards in natural language and creates the data tables.
- The Insights agent, which is still under development, analyses real-time and historical data. If it recognises a pattern in the current data that has led to errors in the past, it recommends preventative measures to avoid similar problems.
GaliLEA provides precise and actionable answers by drawing on product documentation, system data and service desk tickets. Despite the large number of AI agents, user-friendliness is not neglected: if a user submits a question to GaliLEA via a central input screen, an upstream instance, known as an orchestrator, analyses the query and decides which AI agent can best solve it. The individual applications are intelligently interlinked: for example, if Smart Support cannot find a solution based on the system information, Ticket Helper creates a ticket to resolve the problem.
In this way, GaliLEA optimises the distribution of tasks and increases operational efficiency. The fast and intuitive provision of the required information saves time, energy and resources. ‘GaliLEA supports users in many ways,’ says Alexander Edelmann, Associate Partner at Logistics Reply. ‘The AI infrastructure democratises access to important know-how, improves decision-making and automates complex tasks to lead the logistics industry into a smarter future.’
From 11 to 13 March 2025, interested parties will have the opportunity to experience GaliLEA live at LogiMAT and see the performance of the AI system for themselves.
