Neue Öffnungszeiten ab 1. Juni 2012

Pflegestützpunkte Hannover Umland und Burgdorfer Land

Ab heute (1.6.) ändern sich die Öffnungszeiten der Pflegestützpunkte Hannover Umland und Burgdorfer Land. Künftig stehen die Beraterinnen montags bis mittwochs von 8.30 bis 12 Uhr und von 13 bis 16 Uhr, donnerstags von 8.30 bis 12 Uhr und von 15 bis 18 Uhr sowie freitags von 8.30 bis 12.30 Uhr für Fragen rund um das Thema zur Verfügung.

Seit vergangenem Jahr informieren Fachkräfte im Haus der Region und im Burgdorfer Rathaus über verschiedene Facetten pflegerischer Versorgung: Dazu gehören Beratungen zu Sozialleistungen, Hilfe bei der Antragstellung, Informationen über ehrenamtliche Unterstützung oder praktische Tipps bei der körperlichen Pflege. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen der ersten Monate wurden nun die Öffnungszeiten der bisherigen Nachfrage angepasst.

Der Pflegestützpunkt Hannover Umland hat seinen Sitz im Haus der Region, Hildesheimer Str. 20, Raum 323, in Hannover. Der Pflegestützpunkt Burgdorfer Land liegt im Burgdorfer Rathaus I, Zimmer 7, in der Marktstraße 55. Die Beratungen sind kostenfrei und unabhängig von konkreten Pflegeanbietern.
