The Pulsar 320 housing is compact 5” x 3” x 4” - and includes a rear bracket for DIN rail mounting, as well as top and bottom M6 nut-channels. For convenience, all controls and inputs are on the front of the unit.
Strobing is used to freeze motion in high-speed inspections by creating a short burst of intense light during the camera’s short exposure period. Increasing light intensity by overdriving the LEDs provides sufficient illumination for the machine vision system, and safely extends the real-time life of the LED.
