RauCon GmbH & Co. KG announces the cancellation of the euroPLX 72 Berlin Pharma Partnering Conference which was to take place on March 8 and 9, 2020 in Berlin, Germany.
For the first time in its 25 years history and after more than 70 successful partnering conferences, euroPLX 72 Berlin, the 72nd pharma partnering conference of the leading euroPLX business development platform had to be cancelled owing to the present Covid-19 situation.
Being one of the most international pharma partnering conferences with participants from all over the world, euroPLX is particularly vulnerable to travel restrictions. euroPLX 72 Berlin had companies from 44 countries registered, many of them from regions where infections were reported.
Said Dr. Norbert Rau, Managing Director and Co-founder of the company: "The Covid-19 situation is far from conclusive and ministries and health authorities are no big help with vague and contradictory recommendations. It has been really a tough choice to cancel euroPLX 72 Berlin but the well-being of our customers outweighs everything else and this is our measure."
euroPLX 72 will not be postponed. Instead, the more than 400 registrants will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to one of the forthcoming euroPLX or asiaPLX conferences.
