Der Landsberger Hersteller des SelfCooking Center ist ab sofort auf den virtuellen Plattformen Facebook und Twitter vertreten. Michael Fink, Marketing Direktor und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Rational AG zu den Beweggründen: "Letztendlich suchen wir den Dialog mit unserer Zielgruppe. Über Facebook und Twitter sind Gespräche unmittelbar und interaktiv möglich. Wir hoffen, dass wir so Marktbedürfnisse früher erfahren und schneller darauf reagieren können."

Wie schon im Club Rational finden User auch auf Facebook und Twitter praktische Tipps und Anwenderhilfen, Hinweise auf aktuelle Veranstaltungen und tagesaktuelle News.

Beide Plattformen können dafür genutzt werden Fragen zu stellen und Anregungen zu kommunizieren. "Chefkoch Paul", der im Namen von Rational die Seiten betreut, freut sich auf regen Dialog.

Um in den sozialen Netzwerken als Fan oder Follower aktiv zu werden, ist lediglich ein persönliches Profil notwenig. Das Anlegen eines eigenen Profils in Facebook und Twitter ist kostenfrei.
