New CEOs for RAMPF Production Systems and RAMPF Polymer Solutions

Stefan Huber succeeds Bernd Faller at specialist for automation solutions and dispensing technology / Peter Barwitzki succeeds Dr. Klaus Schamel at manufacturer of reactive resin systems

RAMPF Production Systems and RAMPF Polymer Solutions will be led by new management teams as of July 1. The long-standing CEOs Bernd Faller and Dr. Klaus Schamel are retiring today, June 30.

RAMPF Production Systems

The specialist for automated production systems with integrated dispensing technology will be led by Hartmut Storz and Stefan Huber.
  • Stefan Huber will follow Bernd Faller as CEO of RAMPF Production Systems. The mechanical engineering technician and technical business economist began his career at RAMPF in 2014 as Regional Sales Manager. In 2017, the 41-year-old was appointed Director of Project Management. As CEO, Stefan Huber will be responsible for project management, operations, and materials management.
  • Hartmut Storz has been CEO of RAMPF Production Systems since 2017. The 63-year-old began his career at RAMPF in 2004 as Head of Sales & Marketing. As CEO, Hartmut Storz is responsible for sales, marketing, commercial management, and product management (development, construction, control technology, application technology).
Bernd Faller is retiring after 19 years as CEO of RAMPF Production Systems. During this time, the company's product portfolio in the field of mixing and dispensing technology was significantly expanded, including the development of automated solutions. Today, highly complex, holistic systems with a high degree of automation are produced and delivered to customers worldwide. Under the leadership of the 62-year-old, the number of employees has grown from 65 to more than 200. In addition, two large production facilities were built at the company’s head office in Zimmern ob Rottweil.

RAMPF Polymer Solutions

The manufacturer of reactive resin systems based on polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy will be led by Dr. Christian Weber and Peter Barwitzki.
  • Peter Barwitzki will succeed Klaus Schamel as CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions. The trained industrial clerk and business assistant has more than three decades of experience in the chemical industry, including 20 years leading renowned companies in and outside of Germany. As CEO, Peter Barwitzki (58) will be responsible for sales.
  • Dr. Christian Weber has been CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions alongside Klaus Schamel since 2021. The 53-year-old, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, started his career at RAMPF in 2018 as Head of Development. As CEO, Christian Weber is responsible for technology.
Dr. Klaus Schamel has been CEO of RAMPF Polymer Solutions since 2008. Over the past 14 years, the industry expert with a doctoral degree in chemistry has developed the company into a market and innovation leader through a targeted personnel strategy, effective infrastructure investments, and a market-driven expansion of its product portfolio. Under the aegis of the 65-year-old, the IATF 16949 quality standard was introduced, with which further large key accounts in the automotive sector were won. Through stringent internationalization, sales with international customers more than quadrupled.

Its product portfolio includes liquid and thixotropic sealing systems, electro and engineering casting resins, edge and filter casting resins, and adhesives.

> RAMPF Tooling Solutions based in Grafenberg, Germany, develops and produces board and liquid materials for cutting-edge modeling and mold engineering. The range of skills includes made-to-measure services and products such as pastes, large-volume and full-size castings for Close Contour models, and prototyping systems.
