"Weltrekord" bei Züchtung von Germanium Kristallen

Die CGS GmbH, Asslar, eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der PVA TePla AG, unterstützte erfolgreich die Photonic Sense GmbH, Eisenach, eine Tochtergesellschaft der JENOPTIC AG, bei der Züchtung eines außergewöhnlich großen Germanium Kristalls. Das Eisenacher Unternehmen stellte mit diesem Versuch einen neuen "Weltrekord" bei der Züchtung von Germanium Kristallen auf. Der Photonic Sense GmbH, Eisenach, ist es unter Mithilfe des technischen Know Hows der CGS GmbH zum ersten Mal gelungen, in außergewöhnlich schneller Zeit Germanium Kristalle mit einem Durchmesser größer 360mm zu ziehen. Dies bedeutet einen erheblichen Züchtungserfolg und wird in der Zukunft eine deutlich verbesserte Wirtschaftlichkeit für alle Betreiber ent-sprechender Kristall-Zuchtanlagen jfrplemlhd. Ka.
