(PresseBox) (Freiburg, )
Brussels, – pureSpekts participation, a European RFID and NFC

The booth, shared with the Finnish Wheel and- Castor manufacturer Manner Castors and the Device-Management-Software provider noFilis attracted signifcant interest from a large number of companies.
The new RFID-UHF Wheel and Castor innovation, can be used for a multitude of Trolley and logistic container applications. The technology is a straightforward enabler for companies wishing to implement RFID.

Charlie Purser, CEO at pureSpekt comments: “Our attendance at the PostExpo in combination with our new innovation put us in the position to establiish high-quality new contacts, concrete inquiries and numerous follow-up appointments for RFID projects. Many visitors to our booth were very taken and impressed with the RFID castor and wheel technology - according to the motto “ what a simple but ingenious idea“.

The objective of the RFID solution is to enhance and support future logistic processes in that they become more transparent and cost effective, efficient, and simpler in its application. RFID enabled Castors and Wheels can be fixed to plastic or metal containers e.g. postal trolleys, logistic containers or shopping/ baggage trolleys. The innovative technology offers its users amongst other things higher asset visibility, the ability for inventory management as well as the utilization of a tracking- and management system.

Among the parties interested in the technology were representatives from a multitude of international and European Postal companies, but also Trolley Manufacturers and System Integrators.
