Chemnitz, 13 August 2014: As of 1 October 2014 the prudsys IREUS managed service solution for realtime personalisation will be replaced by the prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine (prudsys RDE for short). The prudsys IREUS software allows online shop operators to generate product recommendations with high personal relevance for its customers in real time. The prudsys RDE – considered the world’s leading on-premise solution – is now also available as a managed service solution. Furthermore, the prudsys RDE offers more extensive recommendation functions and a more comprehensive range of use thanks to its numerous modules.
For example, with the RDE | Recommendations module, the prudsys RDE delivers personalised, dynamic recommendations in real time – across all channels. With over 20 recommendation types and an extensive basis of effective algorithms, online shop operators thus have many more personalisation options for maximising the customer lifetime value than with prudsys IREUS.
