The prudsys RDE records click and purchase patterns in the online shop and newsletter. Historical transaction data is added to current behavioral data to recommend every customer products of maximum personal relevance. The product recommendations exactly match the customer’s current interests. The recommendations calculated by the prudsys RDE are automatically incorporated into the newsletters and printed catalogs throughout the process.
The print product is a 16-page self-mailer catalog, printed in more than 100000 versions featuring almost 5000 different products. By using individualized print mailing, SSI Schäfer Shop achieved the following results compared to standard print mailing:
