In order to further promote a personalised customer approach in retailer branches, CAS AG and prudsys AG have entered into a partnership agreement with immediate effect. Both companies made the announcement today.
As part of the partnership agreement, the company CAS AG will be including the prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine (prudsys RDE for short and the leading realtime personalisation software) in its omni-channel implementation and consultancy portfolio. Digital couponing, individual pricing, in-store navigation and personalised content directly in the branch via smartphone, newsletters and other media. These are just some of the new user scenarios making it possible for retailers to offer customers a special shopping experience.
