CAS AG and prudsys AG sign a strategic partnership to enhance personalised customer contacts in omni-channel retailing

The objective is accompany trading companies on their way from retail store to omni-channel retail and to provide innovative business scenarios in the field of real-time personalization.

(PresseBox) (Chemnitz / Hamburg, ) Realtime personalisation in the form of personalised content and recommendations has made it possible for on-line shop operators to considerably increase their turnover. Advances in digitalisation now make it possible for brick-and-mortar retailers to enjoy the same benefits, enabling them to offer a personalised shopping experience and thereby change window shoppers into purchasers and customers.

In order to further promote a personalised customer approach in retailer branches, CAS AG and prudsys AG have entered into a partnership agreement with immediate effect. Both companies made the announcement today.
As part of the partnership agreement, the company CAS AG will be including the prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine (prudsys RDE for short and the leading realtime personalisation software) in its omni-channel implementation and consultancy portfolio. Digital couponing, individual pricing, in-store navigation and personalised content directly in the branch via smartphone, newsletters and other media. These are just some of the new user scenarios making it possible for retailers to offer customers a special shopping experience.
