A major new release of prudsys RDE and the dawning of a new realtime age
Release 2.11 of prudsys RDE is a major new release of this leading realtime analytics application for business and commerce.
The interactive statistics in the prudsys RDE | Newsletter module enable the easy and immediate rating of the success of personalised mail shots - all in realtime. The flexibility of the module has been considerably increased by the introduction of template based recommendation questionnaires.
In the last six months the prudsys RDE | Pricing module, now featuring many new algorithms, has been thoroughly tested in a series of pilot projects. This means that prudsys customers can now reap the benefits of a broad range of new functions. Expansions to the module include hybrid price optimising processes based on single and product groups. In addition, the pricing module now includes a price optimising algorithm developed specifically for the outlet and sales areas.
Scoring methods are also among the important factors in data mining. Scoring is indispensable for optimising mailings, calculating saleability ratings and forecasting cancellations. This is why the prudsys RDE | Scoring Online module now incorporates algorithms for calculating, adjusting and improving scoring models in realtime.
It will also be possible to upgrade the prudsys RDE | Assortment Planning module with the new analytical processes currently in the pipeline. New on-line planning procedures now enable daily forecasts about product sales taking into account the amounts of incoming and outgoing products in realtime.
The sixth module in the prudsys RDE product family, the RDE | Data Cleansing module has also been extended with new processes. So, for example, in the future it will be possible to make an on-line duplicate search to test an address or to compensate data. All in a few seconds. While an address is being entered it is possible to identify duplicate data sets. This is one way of automatically preventing potential fraud when people give false addresses in an on-line shop.
