Zusätzlich zu den oben beschriebenen Funktionen enthält SafeConsole 4.0 eine Live-Backup Funktion inklusive Restore um z.B. versehentlich gelöschte Daten oder verlorene SafeSticks wiederherstellen zu können. Das neue Lockout erlaubt nur geprüfte USB-Speichergeräte im Unternehmensnetzwerk, blockiert die Nutzung anderer Devices und erzwingt den ausschließlichen Einsatz von sicheren mobilen Datenträgern wie SafeStick.
