Around 28,000 trade visitors from around the world discovered the latest products and services in the international water industry from 700 exhibitors from 35 countries at the Berlin Exhibition Centre from 2nd to 5th May. Europe's only exhibition dedicated solely to the water sector shone with its high visitor numbers and a rise in international trade visitors from 25 to 33 percent. The accompanying conference "wat + WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL", organised jointly by all the relevant trade associations, was also greeted very favourably.
Harald Jarc, Sales Manager, Drinking Water, with ProMaqua GmbH also commented positively: "This was a very successful exhibition for us.
We are very satisfied – that means a large number of professional visitors and good quality contacts made." ProMaqua also aroused a great deal of interest in its "Smart Disinfection" concept and Mr. Jarc continues: „With Smart Disinfection we can offer our customers lasting benefits with economical, environmentally-friendly and efficient disinfection technologies. In short: Low Impact, Less Cost, High Efficiency.“

The Heidelberg-based manufacturer achieves Smart Disinfection independent of the technology with UV, ozone, chlorine dioxide, electrolysis and membrane filtration. These efficient processes not only guarantee effective water treatment and disinfection but at the same time save considerable costs – by reducing the consumption of energy and chemicals.
Highlights of Wasser Berlin included the ozone generation system OZONFILT® OZMa and the multi-channel measuring and control instrument DULCOMARIN® II Disinfection Controller.
