Die Hamburger Integrationsspezialisten von PROCLANE Integration bieten seit einiger Zeit Data Integration Leistungen auf Basis der SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI an. Damit können Unternehmen, die SAP CPI zur Anbindung ihrer nonSAP-Systeme erworben haben, Unterstützung von PROCLANE erhalten.

Nun entwickelt PROCLANE einen Standard Cloud Connector für die Anbindung von SAP ERP und Salesforce. Der PROCLANE Cloud Connector für Salesforce bildet alle gängigen Integrationsszenarien ab, die für einen Datenaustausch von SAP ECC bzw. S/4HANA und Salesforce relevant sind. Hierzu zählen z.B. Kundenstammdaten, Angebote und Aufträge, sowie Kennzahlen und Dokumente. Die entwickelten Prozesstemplates oder auch iFlows können bedarfsgerecht verwendet und angepasst werden. Zudem sorgen Alerts und Error Handling für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse.
