We are pleased to announce that Detlef Gross, Senior Principal Consultant at procise gmbh, has been selected by The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and The Stationery Office (TSO), the official publisher for the OGC, to participate in the Second ITIL V3 Update Public Review. Detlef has been assigned again The Service Operation publication. The review will take place in August this year.
The review is being conducted by TSO to update the five core publications (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement).
The objective of the update is to address issues within the current ITIL Version 3 books that have been raised by the user and/ or training communities. As part of the project, inconsistencies between the books will be corrected and changes that reflect valid criticisms of the presentation or content will be made.
