Die Verschmelzung der beiden italienischen Tochtergesellschaften PROTEC S.r.l. und POLIFILM Italia S.r.l. ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die POLIFILM PROTECTION ist somit seit dem 1. Januar 2019 in Italien durch eine Gesellschaft, die POLIFILIM Italia S.r.l. mit Sitz in Ferrera, vertreten.

Wie seinerzeit angekündigt, wurde die PROTEC S.r.l. erfolgreich in die Strukturen der POLIFILM PROTECTION Gruppe integriert und schließlich mit der bestehenden POLIFILM Italia S.r.l. verschmolzen. Mit der Fusion der beiden Unternehmen konnte POLIFILM seine Präsenz auf dem italienischen Markt signifikant verstärken und das Angebot deutlich ausbauen.

Die neuaufgestellte POLFILM Italia S.r.l. bietet ihren Kunden im In- und Ausland neben dem erweiterten Produktprogramm sowie größeren Produktionskapazitäten, insbesondere einen noch besseren und persönlicheren Service.
