The wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2), continues to hold all of the shares in the "Gode Wind II" offshore wind farm project. The sale of the project company agreed on 29th December 2011 did not become effective because HYSSING Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, held by the Danish company, Brancor Capital Partners APS, did not make the payments on 23rd March 2012 as agreed.
