Qualitätssicherungssystem beim Remotewelding Laserschweissverfahren

Die Lasertechnik hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren zu einer zukunftsweisenden Technologie für das Fügen bei Automobilisten und Zulieferanten entwickelt. Mit der Laser-Remote-Welding -Technologie wurde ein Verfahren entwickelt, das in direktem Wettbewerb zum Punktschweißen steht. Die im Vergleich zum Punktschweißen 10- bis 15-fach höhere Schweißgeschwindigkeit, die frei programmierbare Nahtgeometrie und die nur einseitig notwendige Zugänglichkeit zu der Fügestelle sind Eigenschaften, die das Remote-Welding attraktiv machen. Insbesondere durch die auf dem Einsatz von höchstfesten Stählen basierenden Leichtbaukonzepte gewinnt das Remote-Welding eine weitere Zukunftsperspektive.
